i love omelette...

I love omelette..
I love them fried in hot palm oil..
I love them fried in this cheap iron cast wok bought in Thailand...
I love them fried over maximum fire...
I love them fried with organic eggs..
I love them fried with large chunks of onions and button mushrooms and capsicum in them...

I just love omelette.....
